Broombi is backed up by our Hassle-Free Replacement 10-Year Warranty. We guarantee against any defects or damages to our products*. A replacement can be obtained for up to 10-Years for which the item was purchased. With the warranty process, customer will be shipped a new replacement product or part by paying the shipping and handling cost only which is a fraction of original cost of the product.

The steps to obtain the replacement is very simple. Fill out the form with your name and shipping address, upload the picture of the damaged product and proof of purchase that the replacement is asked for and pay the minor shipping and handling fee. You do not need to mail us the original item back.

*Warranty covers the broom pole, handle and frame only. Normal wear and tear to the silicone blades is not included.
